Sabi Droid is a business management and AI assistant tool that helps you record business activity, view dashboards and reports, and ask questions about your business data.

02Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

03Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to access another business's data or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service.

04Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) on our pricing page and in the app. Subscriptions are managed in the app, renew until cancelled, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

05AI-generated information

Ask Sabi generates answers from your own business records. AI responses are informational only — they are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Always verify important figures before making business decisions.

06Your business data

You own your business data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not sell your data.

07Intellectual property

The Sabi Droid name, logo, app and website (excluding your data) are the intellectual property of Sabi Droid. You may not use our branding without permission.

08Termination

You may stop using Sabi Droid and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

09Service availability

We work hard to keep Sabi Droid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features marked as “coming soon” are under development and may change before release.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabi Droid is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated answers.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
