01Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number and sign-in credentials when you create an account.
• Business records — the sales, expenses, payments, customers, products and inventory data you choose to enter into the app.
• AI interactions — the questions you ask Sabi and the answers generated for you.
• Usage information — how you interact with features, so we can improve the product.
• Device & technical information — device model, operating system and app version, used for compatibility and troubleshooting.

02How we use your information

• To provide and operate Sabi Droid, including dashboards, reports and Ask Sabi answers.
• To ground AI answers in your own business records — and only yours.
• To improve features, reliability and performance.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates and support requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of the service.

03AI and your data

When you ask Sabi a question, relevant parts of your business records are processed by AI models solely to generate your answer. Your data is never used to answer another business's questions, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

04Service providers

We work with a small number of service providers — such as cloud hosting and AI model providers — who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to operate the service.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your business records and personal information, except where we are required to keep limited records by law.

06Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@sabidroid.com with the subject "Account deletion" from your registered email address. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.

07Security

We use tenant isolation to keep each business's data separate, secure authentication to protect accounts, and TLS encryption for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but protecting your data is a core design principle of Sabi Droid.

08Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@sabidroid.com.

09Children

Sabi Droid is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
