Tenant isolation
Every business's records are stored and accessed strictly per account. There is no shared view of data across businesses — ever.
Secure authentication
Accounts are protected by secure sign-in. Only you — and people you explicitly authorise — can access your business data.
Secure data handling
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to production data is limited and controlled.
AI privacy principles
Ask Sabi answers questions using only your authorised business data. Your records are never used to answer another business's questions, and we do not sell data.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@sabidroid.com with the subject “Account deletion” and we will confirm when it's complete.
